Former US Comptroller General David Walker is launching a 15 state, 20 city $10Million A Minute Bus Tour to bring public attention to not only our Federal deficit spending and accumulated debt but also to our unfunded liabilities which currently total more than $70 trillion and grows at the rate of $10 million a minute and CAI measures that with the US Financial Burden Barometer.
The tour is non-partisan and will present the fiscal challenges facing our country and discuss some possible solutions. CAI is not advocating any specific solution or plan.
Dennis McCuistion, Director of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, UT Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management, at UTD is hosting this event and the Richardson Central Rotary Club is sponsoring the event.
