UPDATE: In light of the horrific shooting by a mentally disturbed young man (one very far removed from any Tea Party affiliation), the Left and liberal media has been trying to paint standard rhetoric such as ‘hunting’ and ‘targeting’ as distinctly conservative- and violent- imagery: It is neither conservative nor implicitly violent in implication. The Webmaster here, many years ago, ‘targeted’ the squirrels on his property to try to get at least some of the pecans from his trees. He did so with live traps, moving them to the wild to live out their lives elsewhere. RINO hunting is the same principle; to retire them somewhere else, where they leave our- and, more importantly, the next generations’- tax money alone.
The first step of the process of returning the government to the conservative majority was to radically reduce the number and influence of the liberal element of the elected government; primarily most members of the Democratic Party. The second element is two-fold: one is to be iron-clad about holding the newly elected politicians of the GOP accountable. They all ran as rock-solid conservatives; the all must now VOTE that way. Should they decide NOT to, we must ensure they will pay a price. The second is go after the entrenched ‘machine’ politicians of the GOP.
RINO (Republican In Name Only) is a little misleading. Sadly, the GOP machinery has to a great degree, foresaken bedrock Republican principles on the alter of incumbency maintenance. And many of those incumbents- even some with fairly decent voting records- also forsake principle for Party power. We need to re-educate them- or remove them from power. Being a RINO Hunter means being VERY watchful of legislative actions and executive decisions, and make sure those Republican members who clearly and consistently stray from their pledge to the conservative majority are replaced.

Most of us consider Perry a mixed bag: good in some areas, but having issues in others. In this last session, we are hearing he may have taken a hand in making sure that immigration-related legislation such as E-Verify was not passed and may have even assured Sanctuary Cities limitations never got passed the stage of Kabuki theater at the insistence of some big donors. This, added to his Texas Corridor and mandatory vaccine issue, generates some real concern in the Tea Parties. But he has proven a willingness to take on Washington in some areas that is refreshing, as well as having fiscal credibility with us.

Illegal Aliens are an issue that must be dealt with now and passing the buck will not fix the problem with these parasites.We can not educate illegal aliens.
Rick Perry, Ken Paxton and Florance Shapiro have failed miserably.
Nothing positive has been achieved by these politicians in removing illegal aliens from TEXAS. TEXAS should follow Oklahoma and Alabama and pass strict illegal alien laws.

Ken Paxton has one of the most conservative voting records in the House; not to mention standing up against the RINO-run leadership. A LOT more Austin officeholders need to be dinged on this before we EVER get down to Ken.

I was in Austin EVERY week during the last session & joke of a special session with Citizens Lobbyist that were trained to affect Legislation !! There is ALOT of corruption … but we must PRIORITIZE & CLEAN HOUSE !! Trust me … this WILL take more than one election

We have a several canidates running for county commissioner prec. 1 in Palo Pinto Tx. One canidate Bob Mansky fits the mold as a ” RINO “. His leadership as President at Holiday Hills Country Club shows his true colors. First on his agenda was to raise dues. Next he inacted strict regulations on seasonal members. He has thrown long time members under the bus and turned a blind eye to lewd behaver by his cronies.
As a county commissioner he would have a vote to raise proprty taxes, authorize contracts, appoint dept.heads, ect.
